FOURTEEN DAYS...

14!!!
That's right. Only fourteen days until our court date!!! If When we are successful on the first try, we will travel to Ethiopia to pick up our three new kids about a month later.

This means that we will be buying plane tickets in about 3 weeks! And, in those three weeks we need to raise the final THREE GRAND.

That's right. Out of $35,000 for the entire adoption, from application to airfare back home, God has provided all but the last three thousand. WOW. That means that, in less than two years' time, God has provided $70,000 to bring our 6 Ethiopian kids home to us. Holy Wow.

Will you join us in praying for:

• a successful court day on May 11th, the day after Mother's Day (appropriate, I think)
• the final $3,000 to come in so that we can buy our tickets when we are given the green light in just a few weeks
• provision for a 12-passenger van for us (We are looking and waiting in faith-filled expectation for God's provision here. Gotta have wheels for all 11 of us to fit in!)

Thanks so much for being part of our journey over the past two years. We are humbled and in awe by what God has done to rescue those who need families.

The Home Stretch

After our amazing (and EXHAUSTING) 3-day yard sale last weekend, we are $4,000 closer to traveling to get our kids in June! That yard sale made a 50% dent in our remaining expenses!

Now, we lack only about $4,000 or so in travel fees and expenses.
